Dancing Freedom - monthly via Zoom

8.png

Dancing Freedom is a somatic based movement meditation that engages and activates the innate intelligence of our bodies for healing, self expression and a return to wholeness. We layer dance, music and breath alongside a co-creative relationship with the elemental field to generate mindful experiences that are inspiring, empowering and invite your wholehearted participation with life.

Together we create a space to explore and express what is true for us within each moment as we come into more conscious, joyful, creative and whole connection with our challenging and beautiful lives.  No experience necessary - all bodies are welcome and encouraged to attend - all genders, all abilities, all backgrounds.

When: First Friday of each month, VIA ZOOM, 6:30-8:00 pm CST

Investment: Suggested $5-20 via paypal.me/wearerising
$20 – Solidarity: helps someone else attend
$10 – Standard: covers my costs
$5 – Support: if you are financially challenged

Why come?
:: You will tune into your body's wisdom for renewed clarity, a sense of empowerment and authenticity.
:: You'll be offered a potent yet playful opportunity to deepen self-awareness, presence, and connection with yourself, friends, community, and the earth in a new way.
:: You'll get to sweat and move your body at the same time as you are doing your "inner work"
:: You may experience physical, emotional or spiritual healing or insight, and in time come into greater communion with the elemental field.

Zoom Details: On the day of our gathering, the room will open 5 minutes before start time and lock shortly after we begin, so intend to arrive on time especially if you are new to this technology and want to ensure your video and audio are working.
