Inquiry In Motion with Stacey Butcher

When did life get so busy that we lost touch with our own deeper needs and wants? We spend so much of our time "doing" instead of "being", looking outside ourselves for fulfillment rather than inquiring into the organic intelligence of our own body.

Using the Open Floor Movement Practice complimented with Somatic Experiencing principles, we will investigate how you can free what is stuck in the body, learn to be true to yourself and express your abundant and unique wisdom. From our practice on the dance floor, you will develop greater trust in following your inner wisdom so you can live with more mindfulness, awareness, and vitality.

All levels of experience welcome. This workshop counts as 13 hours of prerequisites and electives for the Open Floor Teacher Training.
