Coaching is about connection and collaboration. Options and choice. Exploring experience(s) that broaden your horizon, bring you into new creative territory, and expand your inner light.

Together, you and I co-create an experience that traverses the terrain of your own inner landscape.  We listen and align with your desired outcomes, visions, dreams, and make space for them to take root within your body. Whatever your intention - to consciously heal, empower your creations, or simply REST in what is without expectation - you will be guided and supported in accessing your inner resources while cultivating the expansion of your inner light and radiance!

Be soft in your practice.
Think of the method as a fine silvery stream, not a raging waterfall.
Have faith in its course.
It will go its own way, meandering here, trickling there.
It will find the grooves, the cracks, the crevices.
Just follow it. Never let it out of your sight.
It will carry you.

Each coaching opportunity is supported by practices and resources that will expand your awareness and connection to life. From the movement based offerings of Open Floor and outdoor Dancing Freedom (Discover Your Nature), to the language based, metaphoric, "clean" style of Soul-based Coaching, each session is guided by a somatic inquiry and foundational belief that the body knows.

As a coach I guide you into the terrain of your inner knowing, traversing landscapes through movement or metaphor. What is most alive can be revealed. What you already know can be illuminated. The work can be slow or fast. Subtle or grand. Regardless of the way, your desires can be brought to life when we stay present to it all, listening and following the thread that moves through you.

Please note that although these 1:1 sessions are an opportunity for deep inner work, they are in no way therapy, nor should it be a replacement for therapy. This is a supportive environment where participants are witnessed ~ listening and holding space is offered, rather than advice. Should issues arise beyond the scope of the session, it is the responsibility of each participant to seek out the support needed.

(Movement based)

Personalized movement sessions based on the 10 Core Movement Resources of the Open Floor, including the four levels of embodiment and the four realms of relationship. An incredible opportunity if you love to move or are looking for deeper awareness, comfort, and resource in your body.

(Outdoor - Movement based)

Part meditation, part movement, part relational inquiry, Discover Your Nature offers an opportunity to somatically explore the textures and qualities of the elemental field with an intention of discovering your natural rhythm and your place in the greater web of life.

(Via Skype/Zoom)

Soul-based coaching invites you into you inner knowing in a gentle, easeful way. Less linear and more metaphoric in nature, this clean coaching style will support you in feeling, thinking and moving toward desired outcomes from a place that is grounded in your own soul's knowing.

Individual sessions with Teresa aren’t therapy but I find them very therapeutic. “Soul coaching” just about captures it, even if, like me, you are not religious, or even a believer in the soul per se.

It’s a practice, like doing art. Poetry has been my primary art, my quasi-religious practice since my teenage years. Often with Teresa I come away with something of the feeling I get when I’ve written a satisfying draft of a poem. I feel larger, both freer and more grounded, more at home in my body and the truth it can hold about how I move through the world.

That bodily sense of things was not something I was all that alive to or very cognizant of before I started doing meditative dance last year. With all her knowledge and experience of various somatic practices, and with what seems her natural emotional intelligence, Teresa has helped me feel more rested and awake. I can’t recommend her enough.
