The Open Floor is a healing movement practice that awakens sensate experience, emotional intelligence and relational skills with mindful awareness. Through gently guided dance inquiries we become more self-aware and empowered to respond rather than react, move and include rather than avoid or distract. We dance to move more fully INTO our wholeness, strengthening our ability to dance and live with greater presence, compassion, and embodied action.
When: Rotating Thursdays, 7-9pm

Rooted and Rising strives to make the dance accessible to as many bodies as possible! Please contribute at the highest level you are able, which supports the attendance of those needing to pay less. A limited number of work exchange roles are available. Contact me if interested.
