Rhythm of the Year - Honoring the Seasons

"As above, so below. As within, so without"

All things move in cycles and waves. Each breath, each day, each season, each life…all a reflection of the natural rhythms and universal principles that govern ALL of creation.

Join us to honor the turning of the Wheel of the Year ~ to align with the energies that move and shape us ~ to celebrate the cycles of our lives and our place within the whole.

Each session is supported by the Open Floor Meditation Cycle. We alternate sitting meditation and conscious dance, along with inquiry and integration practices to pause, reflect and align with the teachings of the season:

Saturday, March 17, 2-5pm: SPRING ~ Planting Seeds of Intention
Saturday, June 23, 2-5pm: SUMMER ~ Igniting Creative Potential
